You'll enjoy the privacy and comforts of home in an attractively furnished one-bedroom cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook would need - or you can easily walk downtown for meals.
Built around 1920, the cottage features bungalow styling that includes a built-in mirrored buffet, original woodwork, period cabinets and a decorative fireplace in the living room. The updated bathroom offers a claw foot tub for soaking as well as a shower.
The Cottage on South Sixth is located just 4 blocks from the University of Wyoming campus and 4 blocks from Laramie’s historic downtown.

  • Hairdryer
  • Iron and ironing board
  • small combination washer/dryer
  • Hospitality basket with coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and popcorn (first night’s stay only)
  • Cable TV and DSL (your own computer)
  • Small, private patio garden behind the cottage

Policies and Rates:
  • This is a self-catering accommodation; all linens and cooking utensils are provided, but we don’t offer maid service or extra supplies for extended stays. Fresh linens and towels will be provided weekly.
  • Your well-behaved children are welcome, but the Cottage is not child-proofed.
  • Sorry, no smoking or pets.
  • Minimum two night stay
  • Check-in times are 3 PM – 9 PM unless arranged in advance.
  • Check-out 1 PM
  • $100 per night. Sales and lodging taxes apply.
  • Rate quoted is for single or double short-stay occupancy.
  • Extended stay rates available on request. Monthly rate requires a lease agreement, deposit, and the cottage rental paid in advance.
  • Larger groups may add the basement apartment with two bedrooms, each with antique brass double bed,a walk-in shower, kitchenette, and living room for an additional charge. Maximum occupancy not to exceed 5 persons for the entire house.
  • Cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, or University of Wyoming field purchase orders accepted.
